Refund policy

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits, excludes or modifies those rights.

If something is wrong with your order

Please contact us. We will work with you to repair, replace or refund the product in line with your rights set out above.

Change of mind

BAYU Australia has not set a separate change-of-mind returns policy. If one is offered in future it will be published here, and it will be in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, never instead of them.

Warranty

BAYU Australia intends to provide an additional product warranty. Its full terms are not published yet and will appear on our Warranty and Returns page before any product is offered for sale. Any warranty we offer is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
