Compact, powerful and easy to use, the BAYU Portable Tyre Inflator delivers 120W of power with airflow up to 38L/min for convenient inflation. Digital controls provide dedicated modes for cars, motorcycles, bicycles and balls, with preset pressure and automatic stop once the selected pressure is reached. A built-in LED light adds convenience for roadside use, while the zinc-alloy pump construction supports durable everyday operation.

Technical notes
Pressure accuracy of ±1 psi applies to the meter's set value. Air volume and inflation times are supplier measurements taken with a fully charged battery; a flat tyre, a cold day or a partly charged pack will all take longer.

How to use
- Dock a battery. Slide a BAYU battery module onto the base until the contacts seat, or run it from the 5 m 12 V vehicle power cable instead.
- Wake the meter. Press the power button once. The screen lights and shows the current pressure.
- Pick a preset. Short-press the mode button to cycle Car (2.5 bar) → Ball (8 psi) → Bicycle (45 psi) → Motorcycle (2.4 bar). Press and hold it to change units between psi, bar, kPa and kg/cm².
- Set your pressure. Short-press + or − to step the target, or hold either to run through the range. The value blinks three times when it's set. The meter sets between 3 and 120 psi, ±1 psi.
- Connect and run. Screw the hose onto the valve, then press power to start. It stops on its own at the set pressure — you don't have to watch it.
- Need light? Short-press the LED button once the unit is powered on.
- Things it does by itself. Presets return to default each time it's switched off, the screen sleeps after 30 minutes idle, and the pump stops after 3 minutes running with no load.
- If the screen says 'hot'. That's the 120 °C cut-out, not a fault. Let it cool and restart it.

Safety and care
- It cuts out hot. 120 °C disconnection, and the screen shows 'hot'. Let it cool and restart it — that's the protection doing its job.
- Current protection. Disconnection at 20A-25A (self-recovery after current drops below 18A)
- Fingers and hair clear of the intake and anything moving while it runs.
- Power down before changing heads. Switch off and pull the battery first.
- Cleaning. Wipe the housing with a dry or barely damp cloth. No solvents.
- Warranty. Two years, replacement. If it fails inside that window it's replaced, not repaired.

Does this product include a battery?
No. The Portable Tyre Inflator is supplied without a battery. A compatible BAYU battery is required to operate it and is sold separately.
